About Us

About the Troop…

- We meet at the North Seal Beach Community Center on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday each month at 7:30 PM (the first Tuesday is designated for Patrol meetings).

- We currently have just over 90 registered active Boy Scouts.

- Our annual dues are $120.00 for Scouts which includes 1 registered adult (no monthly dues).

What you should know…

- Each registered Scout must have 1 parent/guardian signup for a position in the troop (adequate training is available for every position).

- Adult involvement is required to oversee this Boy‐led Troop.

What we do…

- We generally offer at least 2 Summer Camps each year. We attend the camp that offers the best 1st year program for our new Scouts.

- We also send boys to Summer Camps that meet the needs of our older (13 +) Scouts.

- We offer a High Adventure Camp for Scouts 14 and older.

- We’ve attended Philmont and are planning another trek in 2019.

- We offer Camperships.

What is great about us…

- We offer a well‐rounded program.

- We are a Boy‐led Troop.

- We have a solid merit badge program.

- We teach and encourage the Patrol method.

- We keep the Patrols together; we don’t split them every year.

- We have a minimum of 2 outings/activities per month.
